Some Fabrioraly products may offer both one-time purchase and subscription purchase options. When you select a subscription option, your order may renew automatically according to the selected plan, billing cycle, price, and terms shown on the product page and during checkout.

A subscription is a recurring purchase option that allows you to receive eligible products regularly based on the plan you choose. Subscription availability may vary by product, product type, destination, inventory status, and checkout settings.

Not all products on Fabrioraly are subscription products. If a product supports subscription, the available subscription option and related details will be displayed on the product page or checkout page.

Subscription Plans and Billing

When you purchase a subscription product, you authorize Fabrioraly or our payment service provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.

The billing frequency, renewal date, product price, available discount, shipping fee, taxes, and total amount will be shown on the product page or checkout page when applicable.

The final subscription price, renewal amount, shipping fee, and available billing options are subject to the information displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Automatic Renewal

By placing a subscription order, you understand and agree that the subscription may renew automatically according to the selected plan unless it is cancelled before the next renewal is processed.

Each renewal order may be charged to the payment method used for the subscription or any updated payment method associated with your account or order.

If you do not want your subscription to renew, please contact us before the next renewal date so we can assist you.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to the selected subscription plan and product availability. Standard shipping is $5.00 USD, and eligible orders over $69.99 USD may qualify for free shipping.

The final shipping fee, available delivery method, and supported shipping country or region are subject to the information shown on the checkout page before payment is completed.

If there is any difference between general website information and the checkout page, the checkout page information shall apply.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You may request to cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support team at support@fabrioraly.com. To help us locate your subscription faster, please include your order number, account email, or the email address used at checkout.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next renewal is processed. If a renewal order has already been processed, charged, packed, produced, or shipped, we may be unable to cancel that specific renewal order.

After cancellation, future renewals will be stopped, but orders that have already been processed or shipped will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Changing or Updating a Subscription

If you need to update your subscription, such as changing your shipping address, payment information, product selection, or subscription preference, please contact us at support@fabrioraly.com as soon as possible.

Changes may not be guaranteed if a renewal order has already been processed, packed, produced, or shipped. Please make sure your subscription information is accurate and up to date before each renewal.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, your subscription order may be delayed, paused, cancelled, or retried depending on the payment provider and subscription settings.

We may contact you using the email address provided at checkout if there is a payment issue. To avoid delays, please make sure your payment method and billing information are current and accurate.

Returns and Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We accept eligible return requests within 14 days after you receive the product.

Original shipping fees are not refundable after shipment, except for verified product quality issues or mistakes caused by us. Unless the return is caused by a product quality issue, damaged item, or wrong item sent by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a subscription renewal order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled as a pending order. You may request a return after receiving the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Price Changes and Product Availability

Subscription prices, discounts, shipping fees, product availability, and subscription options may change from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue subscription products or plans where necessary.

If a subscription product becomes unavailable, out of stock, discontinued, or cannot be shipped to your destination, we may delay, cancel, or adjust the affected subscription order and contact you when needed.

Local taxes, customs fees, import duties, and other charges may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
